All orders placed before 2pm MST Monday–Friday are processed and packaged the same day, excluding public holidays. In order to offer the best service and serve as many customers as possible, we are currently utilizing multiple carriers. Please be aware that your tracking information may not update until your package has reached the sorting facility.

Adult Signature Required
Due to the PACT Act, all orders must be shipped out with an adult signature required upon delivery. Any adult who is 21 years of age or older may present a valid, government ID to sign for the order at the scheduled delivery address.
Incorrect Shipping Details
It is the responsibility of the customer to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If the customer enters the incorrect or incomplete address and goods are delivered to the wrong address, we are under no obligation to issue a refund or send replacement goods. If goods are returned to us because they have been sent to the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send them at our expense; however, a refund will be offered less the postal expense. Shipping Restrictions
Please visit this page to view a complete list of our state-by-state shipping restrictions. At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Hawaii, Maine, New Hampshire, North Carolina, South Dakota, Vermont, or Utah.
We cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses and are currently experiencing shipping issues in the states of Colorado, Georgia, and North Carolina. Additionally, we cannot ship to Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico.
If you are shipping to California or Idaho, then your billing and shipping addresses must match in accordance with state regulations.
